Eric discusses community broadband, IP TV, and much more with Seth Rutledge of the Syracuse Community Broadband Initiative.  Eric and Seth examine the concept of community broadband as a way of undermining the monopolies of the major telecoms.  Additionally, they discuss the implications of Internet Protocol Television (IP TV) as a new way of organizing and consuming media and breaking the control of Wall St. over media.  Eric and Seth address issues as wide-ranging as the democratization of the internet and usage to the new organizing possibilities that might emerge from these technologies.
